There are many ways to skin a cat, and a ton of ways to make photo birth announcements for boys. The traditional blue card is out the window. Anything goes, even pink if you so dare. People love to see whimsical and daring photo cards these days. Remember, you have to compete with a lot of other family parties and holidays on that refrigerator. The only way you are going to make it up there for at least a month is to show off your new bundle of joy in an exciting and unbelievably cute way.
You can never go wrong with a beautiful picture of Mom and Dad holding the new baby. I have seen some photo birth announcements for girls where the Mom and the new Princess wear matching outfits. Don’t have Dad match as well, that might start to get a little weird! Remember cuteness is a must if you are going to make all the other soccer moms jealous. Sometimes it is fun to incorporate the family pet in the photo card. Who doesn’t love a baby and a kitten staring into the camera? There are tons of ways to spruce up your birth announcements, so be imaginative and innovative. It will be worth it.

I really like the birth announcement that use brown and blue or pink. I don’t think this was done in the past – the combination of the colors are just so eye catching.
That’s sounds great. Those days are over for me, but I’m thinking about my grandchildren. I’ll make it up as I go along and being a graphic designer, who can stop my creativity. I’d like to try new daring colors also.
